To turn on the Projector and Television
- Press the DISPLAYS ON button on the Crestron Control Panel
- Please do not press any other buttons while DISPLAYS ON is blinking
- Please note that the Projector and Television will always display the same content
To display the Windows Computer
- Power on the computer and log in
- Press the PC 1 button on the Crestron Control Panel
To display the Document Camera
- Press the DOC CAM button on the Crestron Control Panel
To display an image from a HDMI source
- Connect your equipment using a HDMI cable that you provide to the HDMI port on the front of the instructor station
- Press the LAPTOP HDMI button on the Crestron Control Panel
To wirelessly display a personal device through the Crestron AirMedia
To conduct a video conference
Other features
- Press the FREEZE button to freeze the image on the Projector and Television
- Please note that the FREEZE function is intended for short periods — typically less than 15–20 minutes — after which the projector will automatically un-freeze
- Press the BLANK button to temporary blank the image on the Projector and Television
- Please note that the BLANK function is intended for short periods — typically less than 15–20 minutes — after which the projector will automatically un-blank
- Press the up directional button to raise the projector screen
- Press the down directional button to lower the projector screen
- Press the center directional button to stop the projector screen
- Use the volume knob to control audio levels in the room
