Webex App | AI generated meeting summaries in recordings

  1. Sign into your WebEx account
  2. Navigate to the Recording tab
  3. In the Recording tab enable the following options:
    • Create recording transcripts for all my MP4 recordings
    • Generate meeting notes and action items for all my MP4 recordings
    • Generate chapters for all my MP4 recordings
  4. Record your meetings.
    • This can be setup to occur automatically under ADVANCED OPTIONS when scheduling the meeting, there is a check box for Automatic Recording.
      • This will work for both single meetings, and ones that are part of a series
  5. Share the recording with anyone you'd like.
  6. Anyone you share the recording with will have access to a transcript of the meeting, as well as "chapter" summaries, and a full meeting summary.
