Sign into your WebEx account
Navigate to the Recording tab
In the Recording tab enable the following options:
- Create recording transcripts for all my MP4 recordings
- Generate meeting notes and action items for all my MP4 recordings
- Generate chapters for all my MP4 recordings
Record your meetings.
- This can be setup to occur automatically under ADVANCED OPTIONS when scheduling the meeting, there is a check box for Automatic Recording.
  - This will work for both single meetings, and ones that are part of a series
Share the recording with anyone you'd like.
Anyone you share the recording with will have access to a transcript of the meeting, as well as "chapter" summaries, and a full meeting summary.
