To turn on and off the Projector

  • Press the power button power toggle button on the Crestron Control Panel
  • Please do not press the power button again while it is blinking
  • The projector screen will automatically lower and raise when toggling the power button

To display the Windows Computer

  • Power on the computer and log in
  • Press the PC button on the Crestron Control Panel

To display the Document Camera

  • Press the DOC CAM button on the Crestron Control Panel
  • The document camera will turn on automatically

To display an image from a HDMI source

  • Connect your equipment using a HDMI cable that you provide to the HDMI port on the front of the instructor station
  • Press the HDMI button on the Crestron Control Panel

To wirelessly display a personal Apple device through the Apple TV

  • Please review the Webex Meetings Guide to conduct your video conference over Webex
  • Please review the Microsoft Teams Video Training to conduct your video conference over Microsoft Teams
  • Please review the Panopto Guide to record, store, and caption media with Panopto.
  • Other features

    • Press the FREEZE button to freeze the image on the Projector
    • Press the BLANK button to temporary blank the image on the Projector
    • Press the SCREEN UP button to raise the projector screen independent of Projector power
    • Press the SCREEN DOWN button to lower the projector screen independent of Projector power
    • Use the volume knob to control audio levels in the room
    • Press the mute button volume mute button to quickly stop all audio from being heard in the room
