The AV system in OM B125 has two modes: STANDARD CLASS and HYFLEX CLASS. The following instructions describe how to use the system in STANDARD CLASS mode. For more detailed instructions, please request a one-on-one training by submitting an
Audio Visual RequestTo turn on the Projectors
- Press the PROJECTORS ON button on the Crestron Control Panel
- Please do not press any other buttons while PROJECTORS ON is blinking
- Please note that the Projectors can display different content as selected on the Crestron Control Panel
To display the Windows Computer
- Power on the computer and log in
- This room is equipped with two monitors and the computer is extended between the two
- Press PC PRIMARY to display the main computer desktop (left monitor)
- Press PC DUAL to display the secondary computer desktop (right monitor)
To display the Document Camera
- Press the DOC CAM button on the Crestron Control Panel
- Please note that the document camera will appear on the right monitor
To display an image from a HDMI source
- Connect your equipment using the HDMI cable provided on the top of the instructor station
- Press the LAPTOP HDMI button on the Crestron Control Panel
- Please note that your equipment will appear on the right monitor
To wirelessly display a personal device through the Crestron AirMedia
To conduct a video conference
Other features
- Press the FREEZE button to freeze the image on the Projectors
- Please note that the FREEZE function is intended for short periods — typically less than 15–20 minutes — after which the projector will automatically un-freeze
- Press the BLANK button to temporary blank the image on the Projectors
- Please note that the BLANK function is intended for short periods — typically less than 15–20 minutes — after which the projector will automatically un-blank
- Use the volume knob to control audio levels in the room
