With the Crestron AirMedia, you can wirelessly send what's on any mobile device to the classroom or conference room display.

Download the AirMedia application

  1. Select AirMedia on the Classroom Control Panel
     
  2. Navigate to the webpage of the AirMedia by looking at the name of the unit on the classroom display - it will be roomlocation.airmedia.newpaltz.edu
    1. roomlocation refers to the shorthand of the physical space - For example the URL of the AirMedia in Humanities 115 is hum115.airmedia.newpaltz.edu
       
  3. When presented with the AirMedia landing page, press the blue Start Presenting button 


     
  4. At the bottom of the next page, there will be a button to download the AirMedia application based on the device type you are connecting to the AirMedia with. If you connecting the AirMedia with a Windows PC, you should only see a Windows application downloader. If you do not see the correct application based on your device, click the link at the very bottom of the page to see more download options.


     
  5. NOTE: When used on a Mac, the AirMedia client application must be run from within the disk image file. Do not drag the application out of the disk image file.
