WH 360 Conference Room Technology Instructions

To turn on and off the Television

• Press the power button on the Television

To display the Windows Computer

• Power on the computer and log in
• Press the PC button on the Crestron Control Panel

To display an image from a HDMI source

• Connect your equipment using a HDMI cable that you provide to the HDMI port on the wall below the Television
• Press the physical INPUT button on the Television
• Use the on-screen menu on the Television and select FRONT HDMI
• Please remove HDMI cable after use - do not leave plugged in Television

To wirelessly display a personal Apple device through the Apple TV

• Press the physical INPUT button on the Television
• Use the on-screen menu on the Television and select APPLE TV
• Please read How To Use Apple TV

To conduct a video conference

• This space is equipped with a soundbar with a built-in camera that can be used when conducting a web conference through the computer
• In your videoconferencing software, please make sure to select Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Logi Rally Bar Audio) (USB) as the microphone and speaker, and Logi Rally Bar as the camera

• Please review the Panopto Guide to record, store, and caption media with Panopto.

Other features

• Press the Freeze Screen button to freeze the image on the Television
