Classroom/Conference Room Button Panel Summary

DISPLAY ON

  • Turns on projector and/or flat screen TVs
  • Lowers projector screen (in rooms with a projector)
  • **Will NOT turn on classroom PC**

DISPLAY OFF

  • Turns off projector and/or flat screen TVs
  • Raises projector screen (in rooms with a projector)
  • **Will NOT turn off classroom PC**
  • Turns off document camera (in rooms with a document camera)

AUTO IMAGE

  • Fixes image positioning issues
  • **Your classroom or conference room may not have this option depending on the equipment in the room**

FREEZE

  • Freezes the video on the projector and/or flat screen TVs
  • Does NOT freeze the video on computer monitor
  • **Your classroom or conference room may not have this option depending on the equipment in the room**

BLANK

  • Blanks the video on the projector and/or flat screen TVs
  • Does NOT blank the video on computer monitor
  • **Your classroom or conference room may not have this option depending on the equipment in the room**

Other Information

  • All remaining buttons will select the source labeled on the button panel (PC will display the classroom PC, LAPTOP will display user laptop, etc)
  • 5-key directional button (in rooms with a projector)
    • UP - raise the projector screen
    • DOWN - lower the projector screen
    • CENTER - stop the screen at current location
  • Round knob will control the volume with five LED status lights above
