Guest Workstation Access


Overview:

Visitors and vendors who require long-term access to campus networks or campus workstations can obtain non-permanent guest logins.

Features and Benefits:

  • Gain access to the campus network
  • Gain access to campus workstations
  • Your login will be valid for up to a year

Authorized Users:

  • Guests requiring access for longer than a few days or a couple of weeks, or those with a need to access classroom/lab computers.

Request Process:

  • Faculty and staff may use the "Request Assistance" button on this page to request new guest accounts

User Responsibility:

Requirements and Prerequisites:

  • You must have a campus sponsor who will verify that you need access to campus wireless and workstations.  

Hours of Availability:

  • The login is available 24 hours a day, though individual labs and classroom hours vary.

  • Requests for guest workstation logins will be processed during campus business hours.

Customer costs:

  • There is no fee for this service
