Request Process:

  • Visit IT Help Desk (HUM 103)

User Responsibility:

  • All users are responsible for logging issue at IT Help Desk.
  • Bringing charger for personal laptop.
  • Give complete description of issue.
  • Sign Waiver form and pickup device when contacted.

Requirements and Prerequisites:

  • Students Personal device
  • Faculties personal device used for educational purposes at New Paltz

Hours of Availability:

Mon-Thu  (9am-8pm)
Fri           (9am-5pm)
Sat-Sun  (12pm-5pm)

Customer costs:

  • Free of charge to students and faculty.

Support:

  • Submit a ticket through support.newpaltz.edu
  • Walk-in to the IT Help Desk in Humanities 103 or call 845-257-3597.
