Voicemail (Support)

Overview

SUNY New Paltz uses the Cisco Voicemail system on all our VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) campus phones.  We also have a legacy system for those still on the old phone system.  Both systems provide individuals the ability to access their voicemail from their campus phone, or by calling in remotely.

Features and Benefits:

  • Allows users to set out-of-office messages for when they are on vacation.
  • The Cisco system allows users to quickly fast-forward, rewind, speed-up, and slow-down voicemail messages

Authorized Users:

  • Faculty
  • Staff
  • CAS employees
  • Student employees (when needed for their department)

  • This service is available 24/7.
