Downloading and Installing Webex (Windows)

1. Visit webex.com/downloads to install Webex for your Windows computer.

2. On that website, select the blue button to begin downloading the installation file.

3. Follow the steps to install Webex

1. Double-click the installation file you downloaded.
2. The Webex Meetings setup wizard will launch. Follow the instructions to set up.
3. Once installed, the app will launch automatically.

4. Now that Webex Meetings is installed on your computer, you can select Desktop App when joining a meeting.

To test Webex and make sure it is installed properly, please visit webex.com/test-meeting

This will launch a private Webex meeting where you can test functionality and become acquainted with the program.
