To reserve this room for an upcoming meeting or conference

• Please review how to Add a Conference Room Calendar in Office 365
• Please Book the Conference Room in Office 365 to schedule time to use this room
• Please review the comprehensive list of Conference Room Spaces

To turn on the Television

• Select a source on the Crestron Control Panel and the Television will automatically turn on

To display the Windows Computer

• Power on the computer and log in
• Press the PC button on the Crestron Control Panel

To display an image from a HDMI source

• Connect your equipment using the HDMI cable provided on the conference room table
• Press the Table Laptop HDMI button on the Crestron Control Panel

To wirelessly display a personal Apple device through the Apple TV

• Press the Apple TV button on the Crestron Control Panel

To conduct a video conference

• This space is equipped with a PTZ camera that can be controlled from the Crestron Control Panel
