The AV system in WH 139 has two modes: Presentation and Scheduler. The following instructions describe how to use the system in Presentation mode. For instructions on how to use Scheduler mode, please request a one-on-one training by submitting an Audio Visual Request

To turn on the Television

  • Select a source on the Crestron Control Panel and the Television will automatically turn on

To display the Windows Computer

  • Power on the computer and log in
  • Press the PC button on the Crestron Control Panel

To display an image from a HDMI source

  • Connect your equipment using the HDMI cable provided on the conference room table
  • Press the HDMI Table button on the Crestron Control Panel

To wirelessly display a personal Apple device through the Apple TV

To conduct a video conference

  • This space is equipped with a soundbar with a built-in camera that can be used when conducting a web conference through the Windows Computer
  • Please make sure to select Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Crestron) as the microphone and Huddly IQ as the camera in your videoconferencing software

  • Please review the Microsoft Teams Video Training to conduct your video conference over Microsoft Teams
  • Please review the Panopto Guide to record, store, and caption media with Panopto.
