The AV system in CSB Auditorium has two modes: SINGLE PROJECTION and DUAL PROJECTION. The following instructions describe how to use both systems. Please note that if the dual projection mode is used, the single projector cannot be used, and vice versa. For more detailed instructions, please request a one-on-one training by submitting an
Audio Visual RequestTo turn on the Projector
- Press the DISPLAY ON button on the Crestron Control Panel
- Please do not press any other buttons while DISPLAY ON is blinking
To turn on the Projectors
- Press the DISPLAY ON button on the Crestron Control Panel
- Please do not press any other buttons while DISPLAY ON is blinking
- The two projectors can display different content as selected on the Crestron Control Panel
To display the Computer
- Power on the computer and log in
- Press the PC button on the Crestron Control Panel
To display the Document Camera
- Press the DOC CAM button on the Crestron Control Panel
- The document camera will turn on automatically
To display an image from an HDMI source
- Connect your equipment using an HDMI cable that you provide to the HDMI port on the top of the instructor station
- Press the HDMI button on the Crestron Control Panel
To display an image from an RCA source
- Connect your equipment using a RCA cable that you provide to the RCA port on the top of the instructor station
- Press the VIDEO button on the Crestron Control Panel
To wirelessly display a personal Apple device through the Apple TV
To conduct a video conference
- This space is equipped with a camera and microphone connected directly to the computer

To use voice uplift
- Connect a microphone to the XLR jack on the instructor station
- Press the Voice Uplift button on the Crestron Control Panel
To use the desktop microphone
- This room is equipped with permanently installed microphones to be used for virtual meetings
- Additional wired and wireless microphones are available upon request
