CAPABILITY OPTION DESCRIPTION
Installed Computer Yes There is an installed Windows computer, usable by faculty, staff, and students.
Laptop Needed Users will need to provide a laptop (and adapter if needed) to connect to the HDMI cable on the podium.
Laptop Connection HDMI Cable HDMI Cable is provided on top of desk. A user provided adapter may be necessary.
HDMI Port No HDMI cable is provided. User will provide their own HDMI cable to connect to the port on the desk.
Apple TV Allows wireless display/sound for Apple iOS devices.
AirMedia Allows wireless display/sound for Windows, Android, and AppleiOS devices.
Document Camera Yes A desktop overhead camera for showing physical items, documents, etc.
Computer Monitors Single One monitor on top of the instructor station. PowerPoint Presenter Mode is not possible from the installed computer. 
Dual Two monitors on top of the instructor station. PowerPoint Presenter Mode is possible from the installed computer.
N/A There is no monitor. A laptop is needed for this space.
Display 1x Projection One projection screen that shows the input source selected on the control panel
1x or 2x Projection One projection screen that shows either one large image, or two independent smaller images.
3x Projection Three projection screens that show independent images.
Podium Mic Yes A gooseneck microphone for presenters that is attached to the desk.

Event Recording

& Live Streaming

Panopto Web Self-service recording from the instructor station. User logs into their Panopto account and launches Capture/Record In Browser feature.
Panopto Pro Professional assisted recording. Service request is required.
Web Conference All Web Platforms Camera is connected to computer via USB. Platforms such as Webex, Teams, and Zoom will work.
Webex SX System Video hardware for Webex only. Service request is required.
Web Conference Camera Ceiling Mount Professional PTZ camera mounted on the ceiling for optimal capture angle.
Webcam & Tripod Simple USB webcam on a tripod that is connected to the installed computer. It may be moved anywhere within a 15' radius.
Secondary Camera Yes A second ceiling mounted PTZ camera that may be utilized for recording, live streaming, or web conferencing. Service request is required.
