WH 221 Classroom Computer Lab Technology Instructions

To turn on the Televisions

• Press the DISPLAY ON button on the Crestron Control Panel
• Please do not press any other buttons while DISPLAY ON is blinking
• Please note that the Televisions can display different content as selected on the Crestron Control Panel

To display the Windows Computer

• Power on the computer and log in
• This room is equipped with two monitors and the computer is extended between the two
• Press PC 1 to display the main computer desktop (left monitor)
• Press PC 2 to display the secondary computer desktop (right monitor)

To display the Document Camera

• Press the DOC CAM button on the Crestron Control Panel
• Please note that the document camera will appear on the right monitor

To display an image from a HDMI source

• Connect your equipment using the HDMI cable provided on the top of the instructor station
• Press the LAPTOP HDMI button on the Crestron Control Panel
• Please note that your equipment will appear on the right monitor

To wirelessly display a personal device through the Crestron AirMedia

• Press the AIR MEDIA button on the Crestron Control Panel
• Please note that the AirMedia will appear on the right monitor

To conduct a video conference

• This space is equipped with a PTZ camera that can be controlled from the Crestron Control Panel

Other features

• Press the BLANK button to temporary blank the image on the Televisions
• Please note that the BLANK function is intended for short periods — typically less than 15–20 minutes — after which the Televisions will automatically un-blank
• Press the up directional button to raise the projector screen
• Press the down directional button to lower the projector screen
• Press the center directional button to stop the projector screen
• Use the volume knob to control audio levels in the room
