Office 365 Groups: Inbox Notifications

If you are a member of an Office 365 Group but are not receiving emails in your inbox from the Group or notifications/comments from Planner, it may be because you are not following the Group in your Inbox. Following these steps will allow you to view your Group communications easily in one location.

Outlook Web Application

Scroll down to Groups on the left side of your screen

Select the group and click on the Group Icon

At the top of the window toggle the Follow in inbox feature to on

In the Outlook Application

Select the Group

In the top right above the Reading Pane/Conversation List, toggle the button to Following
