To turn on the Projector

  • Press the DISPLAY ON button on the Crestron Control Panel
  • Please do not press any other buttons while DISPLAY ON is blinking

To display the Windows Computer

  • Power on the computer and log in
  • This room is equipped with two monitors and the computer is extended between the two
  • Press PC 1 to display the main computer desktop (left monitor)
  • Press PC 2 to display the secondary computer desktop (right monitor)

To display the Document Camera

  • Press the DOC CAM button on the Crestron Control Panel
  • The document camera will turn on automatically
  • Please note that the document camera will appear on the right monitor

To display an image from a HDMI source

  • Connect your equipment using a HDMI cable that you provide to the HDMI port on the front of the instructor station
  • Press the HDMI button on the Crestron Control Panel
  • Please note that your equipment will appear on the right monitor

To wirelessly display a personal device through the Crestron AirMedia

  • Press the AIR MEDIA button on the Classroom Control Panel
  • Please read How To Use Crestron AirMedia
  • Please note that the AirMedia will appear on the right monitor

To conduct a video conference

  • This space is equipped with a web cam on a tripod connected directly to the computer
  • Please review the Webex Meetings Guide to conduct your video conference over Webex
  • Please review the Microsoft Teams Video Training to conduct your video conference over Microsoft Teams

To use voice uplift

  • This room is equipped with a desktop microphone permanently installed on the instructor station
  • Press the Uplift button on the Crestron Control Panel to adjust the volume
