Navigate to the Home Tab in Microsoft Word
Right click on the Heading you wish to modify in the "Styles" area
Select "Modify" from the menu that appears.
Change styles as desired.
Check box for either "Only for this document" or for "New documents based on this template"
The former will only modify settings for this document, the latter will save the style settings for all documents going forward.
Click OK.
