Introduction

LockDown Browser and Respondus Monitor are available for Chromebook.

Installing LockDown Browser for Chromebook

Installation of LockDown Browser for Chromebook is as follows:

1. Log into the Chromebook and start the Chrome browser
2. Log into Brightspace using your student account, and navigate to the exam that requires LockDown Browser
3. Select the link for downloading and installing LockDown Browser
4. From the Chrome web store, select “Add to Chrome” to install the LockDown Browser Extension
5. Allow Pop-ups, as explained in this article, otherwise, you will not be able to successfully start the quiz.
