The AV system in LC 113 has two modes: STANDARD CLASS and HYFLEX CLASS. The following instructions describe how to use the system in STANDARD CLASS mode. For more detailed instructions, please request a one-on-one training by submitting an 
Audio Visual RequestTo turn on the Projector
- Press the TV DISPLAY ON or PROJECTOR ON button on the Crestron Control Panel
 - Please do not press any other buttons while TV DISPLAY ON or PROJECTOR ON is blinking
 
To display the Windows Computer
- Power on the computer and log in
 - This room is equipped with two monitors and the computer is extended between the two
 - Press PC DESKTOP to display the main computer desktop (left monitor)
 - Press  PC DUAL to display the secondary computer desktop (right monitor)
 
To display the Document Camera
- Press the DOC CAM button on the Crestron Control Panel
 - Please note that the document camera will appear on the right monitor
 
To display an image from a HDMI source
- Connect your equipment using a HDMI cable that you provide to the HDMI port on the front of the instructor station
 - Press the LAPTOP HDMI button on the Crestron Control Panel
 - Please note that your equipment will appear on the right monitor
 
To wirelessly display a personal device through the Crestron AirMedia
- Press the AIR MEDIA button on the Crestron Control Panel
 - Please note that the AirMedia will appear on the right monitor

To conduct a video conference
- This space is equipped with a camera and microphone connected directly to the computer
 - Please review the Webex Meetings Guide to conduct your video conference over Webex
 - Please review the Microsoft Teams Video Training to conduct your video conference over Microsoft Teams
 - Please review the Panopto Guide to record, store, and caption media with Panopto.
 
Other features
- Use the volume knob to control audio levels in the room
