Please note that the projector image will only appear on the (audience) right screen. There is currently no way to have the projector image appear on the left screen.

To turn on the Projector

  • Press the DISPLAY ON button on the Crestron Control Panel
  • Please do not press any other buttons while DISPLAY ON is blinking

To display the Windows Computer

  • Power on the computer and log in
  • Press the PC button on the Crestron Control Panel

To display the Document Camera

  • Press the DOC CAM button on the Crestron Control Panel

To display an image from a HDMI source

  • Connect your equipment using a HDMI cable that you provide to the HDMI port on the front of the instructor station
  • Press the HDMI button on the Crestron Control Panel

To wirelessly display a personal device through the Crestron AirMedia

Other features

  • Press the FREEZE button to freeze the image on the Projector
    • Please note that the FREEZE function is intended for short periods — typically less than 15–20 minutes — after which the Projector will automatically un-freeze
  • Press the BLANK button to temporary blank the image on the Projector
    • Please note that the BLANK function is intended for short periods — typically less than 15–20 minutes — after which the Projector will automatically un-blank
  • Use the volume knob to control audio levels in the room
