Office 365: Scheduling Poll

Scheduling Poll is a scheduling assistant tool that is included in the Office 365 suite and allows you to schedule meetings more effectively without having to rely on a chain of emails. Scheduling Poll replaced the tool FindTime and has a lot of similar features - FindTime Article

Here is where to find the new Scheduling Poll

To send out a poll add a title to your proposed meeting and add attendees then click scheduling poll. A window should appear on the right side of your screen with time slot and other options to pick

Select times that work for you and click next.

You will be then asked to confirm your choices and if you want to add a Teams meeting to the meeting to be created. When you are happy with your choices click on Create Poll

This will open an email which will be populated with all of the attendees of the proposed meeting with polling information

You can send this email out and people will start voting.

As a note - when you send this out Scheduling Poll blocks out all of the proposed time slots on your calendar until the voting is completed.

Once everyone has voted Scheduling Poll will schedule the meeting for you based upon respondent's choices and availability.
