Signing Out and Back In to Adobe Application (Windows / MacOS)

If you are experiencing problems with licensing in any Adobe App, re-authentication may resolve the issue.
This article will walk through the steps necessary to sign out and back in to all Adobe applications on your device.

 

  1. Close/Quit all Adobe Applications
  2. Open the Adobe Creative Cloud Application on your computer
    1. For Windows computers, this can be found via the search bar under the start menu in the bottom left corner of the screen
    2. On MacOS, this can be found in the Launchpad, or within the Applications folder.
  3. Click on the colored icon in the top right corner of the window and select "Sign Out"

  1. After a moment, you will be prompted with the Adobe sign-in prompt.

  1. Sign in using your @newpaltz.edu e-mail address, password, and two-factor code.
  2. Once you're signed in, licensing should sync again for your account.
