Accessing Teams as a Guest
MS will send an invite to your account – this may be sent to junk
The sender should be invites@microsoft.com
Click the Accept Invitation button
This will open up a MS login page, you will need to login using the email account that the invitation was sent to
This will bring you to the following page

Typically this page lists no information
How to Get to Teams
After you have been added as a guest you should receive a second email from Microsoft Teams (noreply@email.teams.microsoft.com) with an invite to the Team you will be working in
Clicking on the Open Microsoft Teams button will bring you to the Teams front page where you will be asked if you want to use the app or a web browser (referred to as web app here), we recommend using the web browser.
Clicking this link will launch the Teams app and bring you into the Team you are a part of

You will need to login again with your personal email address
This will bring you to the Teams launch page
Select the State University of New York at New Paltz option
Then you will be able to access Teams via the browser
Select the Teams tab and you should be able to see and access the Team you are a part of
