Audio Visual Instructions

(Fine Arts Building RM: 225c)

Mac Mini

• On the display, navigate to the “Input” section → select Mac Mini.
• Log in with your credentials using the keyboard on the table.

Display your personal device via HDMI

• Locate the HDMI input at the bottom-left of the display panel.
• Plug an HDMI cable into your laptop.
• On the display, navigate to the “Input” section → select Front HDMI.
• Your laptop screen should now be visible on the display.

Wireless presentation via AirMedia

• On the display, navigate to the “Input” section → select AirMedia
• How To Use Crestron AirMedia

• To annotate (make notes/drawings on screen):
  1. Tap the sidebar arrows (located on the left or right side of the screen)
  2. Tap the Marker icon  to open “Overlay board”
  3. You may mark up over the content that is displayed on the screen (Note: Markups do not save after you exit overlay).
• To exit from Overlay Board:
  • Tap the X button  (bottom-left of the display).
  • This will exit overlay board mode and return you to your source.
• To access additional tools:
  • Tap the sidebar arrows (left or right side of the screen).
  • Tap the Home icon    to return to the main home page.
  •  Tap Recent Apps       to reopen recently used applications.
  • Tap the Input icon   to switch between inputs (HDMI, AirMedia, Mac Mini)
