Instructions for the Student

  1. Log into with your New Paltz User name and password.
  2. On the left column of the "Students" tab, click on the “Money” link.
  3. On the right, in the "Student Accounts” box, Select Payment Center.
  4. Click on "My Account" in the upper left corner.
  5. Under "Payers" section, select "Send a payer invitation"
  6. Complete the form with the Payers information and press "Send invitation".
  7. A notification email will automatically be sent to the Payers email you entered with a random password.
  8. The Payer can then login and will have to set their own password.

 Instructions for the Parent or Guardian

  1. Check your email for a message from with the message "(Your student's name) has created an account for you at SUNY New Paltz"
  2. Go to and log in using your email address and the password from the email.
  3. You will have to set your own password to continue.
