Parent Payment Site

** All student's who had authorized users in the past need to re-authorize them on our new payment system **

Instructions for the Student’s

  1. Log into with your NPCUID and password.
  2. Select the “Students” tab in the upper left hand corner.
  3. click on the “Money” link on the left under "Resources", .
  4. Select Payment Center on the right, under "Student Accounts”.
  5. Click on your name in the left main menu (in upper left corner).
  6. Under "Payers" section, select "Send a payer invitation"
  7. Complete the form with the Payers information and press "Send invitation".
  8. A notification email will automatically be sent to the Payers email you entered.

 Instructions for the Parent's

  1. Check your email for a message from with the message "(Your student's name) has created an account for you at SUNY New Paltz"
  2. Go to and log in using your email address and the password from the email.
