Adding funds to your Print Quota

There are 2 ways to add funds to your print quota

Please Note: Only purchase as much additional quota as can be used in one semester;
   print quota amounts do not always roll over from semester to semester and there are no refunds for unused quota.


  1. Log into with your NPCUID and password.
  2. For students, select the “Students” tab in the upper left-hand corner. For Facult/Staff, select the “Faculty/Staff” tab in the upper left-hand corner.
  3. For students, on the left under "Resources", click on the “Information Technology Services” link. For Facult/Staff, on the left under "Resources", click on the "Employee Resources" link.
  4. On the right, click “Printing Balance.”

      5. Select the amount you wish to purchase and then click "Continue."

      6. Select "Credit Card" and then click "Continue".

      7. Enter your credit card info and then click "Continue."


(2) Purchase at the Student Accounts Office

  1. Visit the Student Accounts office in Wooster Hall 114.
  2. Ask for a Papercut print quota "Top Up" card in either $5 or $10 amounts.
  3. You will receive your purchased card(s) witch will contain a Papercut code.
  4. Go to "" and Log into Papercut.
  5. Select ‘Redeem Card’ and type the code on the card into the textbox and click submit.textbox and click submit.
  6. The quota will be updated with the amount you purchased.
