How to add funds to your print quota

Please Note: Only purchase as much additional quota as can be used in one semester;
   print quota amounts do not always roll over from semester to semester and there are no refunds for unused quota.

No refunds for misprints and paper jams because the college gives all users a courtesy 100 pages to cover any paper jams should they happen.

1. Log into my.newpaltz.edu with your NPCUID and password.

2. From the main menu, select Profile & Settings.

3. Select Account Settings & Security.

4. Under Printing Balance, select Add Pages.

5. Select the amount you wish to purchase and then click "Continue."

6. Select "Credit Card" and then click "Continue".

7. Enter your credit card info and then click "Continue."
