To find the on-campus number of a current employee, follow the steps below to access the campus directory on your phone:
- Press the directory button to bring up the contact menu.
- Use the up/down control on the select button to highlight “Corporate Directory;” then, press the select button to choose this option.
- Use the up/down control on the select button to highlight “Last Name;” then, using the number key pad, type the last name of person for whom you are searching (type more than one character to refine results).
- When you have entered the name, select the “Search” tab by using the tab’s selector button.
- If more than one entry is returned, use the up/down control on the select button to navigate to the proper person.
- When the correct entry is highlighted, place the call by selecting the “Dial” tab by using the tab’s selector button.

To voice dial the campus directory (while on campus):
- Dial *1500 and press option 4.
- Follow the prompts.
- To cancel dialing, say "no" at any time.
Please Note: we will not be implementing the "Personal Directory" at this time.
