Using PaperCut Web Client (all other OSs)

If you haven't added the printer that you plan on printing with, add it by following the links below:

After you've added the printer that you'd like to use, you can use the PaperCut web client to release the print job to that selected printer by following the steps below:

  1. Before you click on print, in your browser, go to and log in to PaperCut with your New Paltz username and password.

  2. This is the screen that you should see after you have logged in.

  3. Go to the document or item you want to print and click “Print;” on the print menu, make sure the correct printer is selected or select it now from your list of printers.

  4. You will see a message on the PaperCut WebClient page that your document is being held in the print queue.

  5. This is what the web client page should look like after you click on "OK".

  6. Click on the printers tab on the top right corner and select the printer that you want the job to be printed on from the list of printers.

  7. After you have selected the printer make sure if the check boxes next to the jobs that you want to be printed are checked and then click on "Release".

  8. Your print job should now have been printed.
