To turn on and off the Television

  • Press the power button power toggle button on the Crestron Control Panel
  • Please do not press the power button again while it is blinking

To display the Windows Computer

  • Power on the computer and log in
  • Press the PC button on the Crestron Control Panel

To display the Document Camera

  • Press the DOC CAM button on the Crestron Control Panel

To display an image from a HDMI source

  • Connect your equipment using a HDMI cable that you provide to the HDMI port on the front of the instructor station
  • Press the HDMI button on the Crestron Control Panel

To wirelessly display a personal Apple device through the Apple TV

Other features

  • Press the BLANK button to temporary blank the image on the Television
  • Use the volume knob to control audio levels in the room
  • Press the mute button volume mute button to quickly stop all audio from being heard in the room 

How to use the Touchscreen feature on the display

Annotating (make notes & drawings on screen):

  1. Tap the sidebar arrows (located on the left or right side of the screen)
  2. Tap the Marker icon  to open “Overlay board”
  3. The screen will freeze on the content currently being shared, allowing you to annotate directly over it. (Note: Markups do not save after you exit overlay).
  4. To exit from Overlay Board:
    • Tap the X button    (bottom-left of the display).
    • This will exit overlay board mode and unfreeze your content.
