

To turn on the Projectors
- The projectors will descend from the ceiling when powered on
- Press the DISPLAY ON button on the Crestron Button Panel
- Please do not press any other buttons while DISPLAY ON is blinking
- The screen will lower automatically
- The projectors will always power on/off together
To display the Computer
- Power on the computer and log in
- On the Crestron Button Panel, press the Computer button
- DVDs may be played through the computer
To display the Document Camera
- Press the Doc Camera button on the Crestron Button Panel
- The document camera will turn on automatically
To display a Laptop
- Power on laptop
- Connect your laptop to the VGA cable and 1/8" mini audio cable
- On the Crestron Button Panel, press the Laptop button
- A LAN cable is provided if wireless is not used
- If your laptop does not display correctly on the screen, press the Auto Image button
To display an image from an HDMI source
- HDMI and port is provided on the connection panel located at the front of the desk, above the computer
- Connect your equipment
- On the Crestron Button Panel, press the HDMI button
To play audio from your Phone or iPad/iPod
- Connect your device to the laptop audio cable
- Select Laptop on the button panel
Other Information
- Laptop Audio will play the audio of the device plugged into the laptop audio cable - the current video source will not change
- Display Mode will cycle through the projector's display modes
- Volume is adjusted by a knob on the Crestron Button Panel
- Use the up and down buttons on the Five Way Navigation Pad to manually control the screen
- At the end of class, press the DISPLAY OFF button to turn off the projector
- Shut down the computer at the end of class
- Never touch the ceiling mounted LCD projector - it is alarmed
Alternate Connection Points
- We offer alternate connection points located in the floor allowing you to connect your laptop or other devices to the main projection system
- This must be set up prior to your event or class, so please contact us for more details
Stand-Alone SMART Board
- This room also has a stand-alone SMART Board located in the back of the room
- This SMART Board is independent of the projectors and cannot be connected together
