To turn on the Projectors

  • Press the DISPLAY ON button on the Crestron Control Panel
  • Please do not press any other buttons while DISPLAY ON is blinking
  • The two projectors can display different content as selected on the Crestron Control Panel

To display the Computer

  • Power on the computer and log in
  • Press the PC button on the Crestron Control Panel

To display the Document Camera

  • Press the DOC CAM button on the Crestron Control Panel
  • The document camera will turn on automatically

To display an image from an HDMI source

  • An HDMI port is provided on the connection panel located at the front of the instructor station
  • Connect your equipment using an HDMI cable that you provide
  • Press the HDMI button on the Crestron Control Panel

To display a Laptop

  • Connect your laptop to the VGA and 1/8" audio cable provided on the instructor Station
  • Press the LAPTOP VGA button on the Crestron Control Panel

To display an image from an RCA source

  • RCA ports are provided on the connection panel located at the front of the instructor station
  • Connect your equipment using an RCA cable that you provide
  • Press the VIDEO button on the Crestron Control Panel

To conduct a video conference

  • This space is equipped with a camera and microphone connected directly to the computer
  • Please review the Webex Meetings Guide to conduct your video conference over Webex
  • Please review the Microsoft Teams Video Training to conduct your video conference over Microsoft Teams

Voice Uplift

  • Use the microphone provided on the instructor station
  • Wired and wireless microphones are available upon request
