Special Event Podiums

These podiums can be requested for events in a space without a podium already installed (outdoor events, theater spaces, lobbies, etc.)

There are limited quantities of each podium and reservations are taken first come first serve. Please be advised that if you request a specific podium, it may be unavailable for your event and you may need to select a backup option. We can help you figure out which podium would best serve your event.

*IMPORTANT

Podiums A and B must be reserved via a work order with Moving and Trucking.

Podium C can be reserved via the Event / Conference Support Request Form. IMS will coordinate the delivery of the podium.
