Occasionally a person has an issue with their web browser not honoring the 'remember me for 30 days' option when signing in. This causes people to have to verify their logins each time. In our experience this is caused non-default browser settings, such as those below.
This is a rare issue, but documented here in case it's needed. As of Spring 2024, this has only been requested for Chrome.
Check the following settings in your browser
Chrome:
Settings-> Advanced-> Privacy and Security-> Site Settings->Cookies and site data->
- Change "Blocked" to "Allow sites to save and read cookie data"
- Make sure "Clear cookies and site data when you quit Chrome" is off
