There are two types of adjustable instructor stations, automatic and manual.
To raise and lower automatic instructor stations, use the up and down arrows located to the right underneath the main top surface
To raise and lower a manual instructor station, locate the handle on the left underneath the main top surface. Squeeze the handle with one hand, while simultaneously pushing down or guiding up the desk.
