We understand that there are times when department printers are not sufficient for faculty/staff needs. Therefore, all faculty and staff receive print quotas for use in computer labs and classrooms that have printers.
These print quotas are meant to be used with the following guidelines:
YES - Print a couple of pages in a computer classroom for demonstration purposes.
YES - Print 1 - 5 copies of a color document in computer labs to create a hard copy prototype
prior to ordering more copies through Print Services.
NO - Print high-volume copies of classroom materials in computer labs or classrooms.
YES - Instead, send the original document to Print Services for multiple copies.
