Marketplace Store Request

Offices and departments can collect payments electronically for conference and event registrations and other miscellaneous items.

Features and Benefits:

  • Eliminate the need to handle cash, collect checks, and make daily deposits
  • Enable inventory control for products with limited quantities
  • Export customer data to Microsoft Excel on demand

Authorized Users:

  • Administrative Faculty
  • Administrative Staff

Request Process:

  • Submit a Marketplace Product Request

User Responsibilities:

  • Complete the Request form

Requirements and Prerequisites:

  • Requests to take electronic payments are subject to approval and require a detail code
  • Requests may take up to four weeks to be implemented
  • Users of this service will have the opportunity to review and test product payment before it is made available for purchase

Hours of Availability:

  • TouchNet Marketplace is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • TouchNet Marketplace requests are processed during normal business hours

Customer Costs:

  • There is no cost for this service
