Office Technology Issues (Software and Hardware)

Faculty and Staff University owned computers and printers are maintained by our IT support team.  All issues relating to University owned office technology should be reported with this Report Issue form.  Classroom / Lab Issues should be reported Here.

Request Process:

  • Fill out this "Report Issue" form

User Responsibilities:

  • Contact the IT service Desk or fill out the request form
  • Do not relocate equipment without letting the Service Desk first.  Network connections can be effect
  • Please do not install unauthorized software attempt to change system configuration
