Digital Accessibility for Individuals with Disabilities: Support, Complaints, and Training Requests

SUNY New Paltz is committed to providing an accessible digital environment to all campus users, including users with disabilities, on all campus websites and in all physical and virtual classrooms.  Pathways are in place to report any content that is inaccessible to individuals with disabilities, so we can expediently rectify the issue or error.  A number of resources are also provided to assist faculty and staff with creating accessible content for the web and in the Brightspace digital learning environment.

Request Process

The request form on this page can be used for the following purposes:

  • To report non-compliant content 
  • To raise any questions or concerns regarding providing accessible digital content to individuals with disabilities
  • To request an appointment for accessibility training
  • To request a development site to update Brightspace content
  • Please Note: If you are having issues accessing a campus system, that is different than an accessibility issue and this is not the correct ticket to fill out.  Please try searching for the specific system with which you need assistance or contact the ITS Service Desk at 845-257-4357 and they can assist you in finding the right ticket type.

User Responsibility

  • Report any accessibility issues or errors
