Deque Accounts: Requests and Support

Overview

"Deque University offers training and on-demand reference materials for every level and every area of expertise in digital accessibility."  All class are asynchronous, self-paced, and your progress is saved to your own personal dashboard.  If you already had an account under the previous contract (February 2020 - June 2021) your account has been reactivated and your progress should still be saved.  If you can't recall your account information, your username is your campus email address and you can use the "forgot password" option to create a new password.  To request a new account, see the information below.  

Requesting a New Account

Use this form to request a Deque University Account.  Accounts are free for New Paltz faculty and staff members under the current SUNY contract, which is currently in force until August 19, 2023.

When we receive your request we will submit it to the Deque University accounts department and close this request.  You will then receive your account information from them via email; if you don't receive anything within 72 hours, you can reply to the ticket you created here to reopen the request and we will follow-up with Deque.
