Slate Request

Features and Benefits:

  • Allows users permission to access Slate CRM
  • Allows users to request support within Slate
  • Allows users to request reporting and data
  • Allows users to request support in implementing department needs

Authorized Users:

  • Administrators
  • Faculty
  • Staff
  • Student employees

Request Process:

  • Fill out project request form, making sure to include as much pertinent information as possible.
  • If possible, attach any and all useful information/screenshots
  • Within three business days, you may receive an e-mail requesting clarity on an aspect of your project.

User Responsibility:

  • All users are responsible for completing the form to the best of their abilities. Incomplete forms may result in delays in processing due to lack of sufficient information.
