Alumni Relations Project Request Form
The Development & Alumni Relations request form allows user across campus to request various forms of data and support that will assist in fundraising and alumni cultivation efforts. We welcome your project requests and look forward to working with you.
Features and Benefits
:
Allows users to request support in alumni outreach in the form of list pulls and quality control for related letters or e-mails.
Allows users to request support in hosting alumni events in the form of list pulls and by providing event-related feedback.

Request Process
:
Fill out the project request form, making sure to include as much pertinent information as possible.
If possible, attach event invitations or outreach materials to the request form.
Within three business days, you may receive an email requesting clarity on an aspect of your project.
Requests will take at least 5-7 business days to complete. If you require assistance with outreach or newsletters, it may take up to 10-14 business days.
User Responsibility
:
All users are responsible for completing the form to the best of their abilities. Incomplete forms may result in delays in processing due to lack of sufficient information.
If the user is already working with the Office of Communications and Marketing on a requested project, the user should disclose that information.
