Room Change Request

Authorized Users:
  • Faculty
  • Staff

Request Process:
  • Fill out the room change request form, making sure to include as much pertinent information as possible.
  • Records and Registration will review request.
  • Changes are dependent on space availability.
  • Submission of a request does not guarantee that your room can be changed.

User Responsibility:
  • All users are responsible for completing the form to the best of their abilities. Incomplete forms may result in delays in processing due to lack of sufficient information.
  • Instructors are responsible for notifying students of room changes.
