Scheduling Change Request

Schedule Changes:
 
Features and Benefits:
  • Allows users to add or request course changes after the schedule proof deadline.

Authorized Users:
  • Faculty
  • Staff
  • Administrators

Request Process:
  • Fill out the schedule change request form, making sure to include as much pertinent information as possible.
  • All requests will be sent to your dean's office for approval prior to processing.
  • Records and Registration will review and process requests once approved.

User Responsibility:
  • It is the department's responsibility to notify students of changes if they are made after students are registered.
  • All users are responsible for completing the form to the best of their abilities. Incomplete forms may result in delays in processing due to lack of sufficient information.
