Walk-through using Microsoft Office 2010:
With your PowerPoint document open, click “File” >> “Print.”
In the “Settings” area of the print menu, click where it says “Full Page Slides;” from the display of different printing options, select the layout you would like to use.
Double-check your document in the print preview area to make sure the number of slides you have chosen meets your needs.
If you’d like to condense your print job even further, you can also choose to print double-sided by clicking where it says “Print One Sided” and then changing the setting to “Print on Both Sides” (for easier readability, we suggest using the “flip pages on long edge” setting).
When you have selected all necessary options, click “Print.”
