TerminalFour Content Management System - Access and Training

Overview

TerminalFour is the college's current content management system (CMS). This system requires virtually no technical expertise to operate effectively, and allows department chairs/directors/secretaries to make content edits to their website directly.

Features and Benefits:

• Edits can be made to website in real-time, requiring no intervention from OCM.
• Departments can also use the CMS to create/remove pages, manage the site structure and add images and PDF.

• Faculty
• Staff
• Graduate/Teaching Assistants

Request Process:

• Once 

User Responsibilities:

• All department chairs and directors are responsible for the content on their websites. While OCM manages the templates and overall site structure, departments are responsible for keeping their websites up to date.

Requirements and Prerequisites:

• Web version: Supported Browsers List
• Training via OCM either online or in person, with a satisfactory score on the aptitude test.

Hours of Availability:

• This service is available 24/7 via an on-campus wired connection or through a VNP connection.

Customer costs:

• There is no fee for this service.
