GlobalProtect Agent

What is GlobalProtect?

The GlobalProtect agent software is used to access restricted sensitive on-campus resources from off-campus.

Generally you should only use GlobalProtect if you've been instructed by a member of IT that you will need to use GlobalProtect to access services needed to perform your job while working off-site.

If you're unsure if you need this software you'll be better off using our Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). VDI lets you use a remote Windows desktop to access on-site services without needing to install any software on your computer.
