Forwarding All Calls to Another Line

If you would like to have all incoming calls made to your extension forwarded to a different extension, follow the steps below:

  • Select the "Fwd All" tab by pressing the tab's selector button.
  • When you see the message, "Enter the forwarding number," type in the four digit extension number where you wish your calls to be forwarded.
  • The system will then confirm that your calls are being forwarded to the extension you entered.
  • When you wish to stop forwarding your calls, select the "Forward Off" tab by pressing the tab's selector button.
