To add or change a recovery email address on an account, so a password reset can be sent, we need two things:
Visit the Service Desk in person with two forms of ID -or- Email us a clear image of the IDs to servicedesk@newpaltz.edu Once we verify your ID it is immediately deleted from our system.
(Please note: one ID needs to be a photo ID; do NOT send photos of credit cards or your Social Security card!) If you have any concerns, please feel free to call the campus Service Desk at 845-257-4357.
