Definitions
- Virtual - Online collaboration meetings that allow for two-way communication
- Live Streaming - One-way broadcast that allows people to view, but not take part in the event
- Record - Save a copy of the event, whether it is done within the meeting platform or Crestron Lecture Capture

Items marked with a * are preferred and will give the highest quality result

Meeting Applications = Webex / Microsoft Teams etc.
- Uses a simple webcam on a tripod or installed room camera as USB device
- Recordings will capture both camera and content
Streaming Sites = YouTube / Facebook etc.
- When streaming from a Streaming Site, usually just the camera is displayed

Mediasite and Crestron Lecture Capture allow for both camera and computer content to be seen
